Nevada Alternative Solutions, Inc. is a governmental relations firm and full service TPA, licensed in Nevada and Arizona since 1993 and 2000 respectively. We transact business through the entire state of Nevada and Arizona in order to meet our client needs. As one of the last remaining privately owned TPAs in the industry, we boast the unique flexibility to customize the administrative services package to meet the specific needs of our customers outside of the rigid confines of the one-size-fits-all impersonal packages offered by many of our competitors.

As a tightly integrated organization, the decision makers are closely involved in the day-to-day functions and are able to make any necessary modifications in order to maximize efficiency and better fulfill client expectations. Clients are able to directly communicate with the company president/owner, efficiently convey preferences and expectations, and see them immediately accommodated.

 

Workers’ Compensation Staff

NAS President, Charles Nort, and our team of account managers are certified and licensed with over half a century of combined workers’ compensation experience. The NAS headquarters is comprised of all of the necessary departments; including litigation, billing, and support staff needed to properly administer our clients. With retention rates surpassed by none, loyalty and dedication are held in high regard.

NAS claims examiner personnel are licensed by the State of Nevada as Workers’ Compensation representatives. In order to become licensed, individuals must undergo rigorous training and have a firm grasp of Chapters 616 and NRS 617 of the Nevada Revised Statutes and Nevada Administrative Codes.
